Core Vision

Selamta Family Project unites orphaned children and marginalized women in Ethiopia to create forever families and bright futures by providing stable homes, excellent education and developmental resources. Through the unique model of uniting orphan children with marginalized women, Selamta creates families that provide stable environments for children to grow and learn.

Social Work Fellowship

The fellow will support our Psychologist and Social Worker in youth and family assessment and development, and ensure we are addressing the roots of issues and not just the symptoms. Fellows will determine gaps within our current systems & processes and develop solutions that will be sustainable once the fellow returns home. Fellows also provide training and tools for our staff to sharpen their skills and see possible solutions from new angles.
