    The International Leadership Academy of Ethiopia (ILAE) is a college preparatory school for 400 Ethiopian students in grades 9-12. Their curriculum is informed by Ethiopia's national curriculum, The Northwest School's curriculum (based on student-centered learning and an integrated Humanities curriculum), traditional Ethiopian educational and cultural values and best practices from around the world.
